For regular bookings made before 2 PM, we offer same-day service. For emergencies, our Water Mitra's can reach you within 2 hours in metro cities. You can also schedule visits up to 7 days in advance.
Absolutely. We use only 100% genuine, certified spare parts sourced directly from authorized distributors. Every part comes with a manufacturer warranty, and we provide you with an itemized bill.
Our AMC plans include scheduled maintenance visits, free filter replacements (as per plan tier), priority emergency support, TDS testing, and complete sanitization. Higher tiers include RO membrane replacement and dedicated support.
